When she was wheeled into the Apollo Hospital in a near unconscious state, doctors were not very sure about how soon Arthi Agarwal will get back to normalcy.

Even after they operated on her, they were not very sure of her quick recovery.

But thank God, Arthi seems to have recovered faster than expected and has been discharged from the hospital yesterday.

The young actress, who was admitted to the hospital with severe head injuries she suffered under mysterious circumstances, is now back at her residence in the elite Banjara Hills.

Though she is discharged, the actress will still be confined to bed and her long tortuous process towards total rehabilitation begins only now. She will be in bed rest for over 100 days. She is still unable to walk on her own and was wheeled out by her family.

Before being discharged, her statement was recorded by the Banjara Hill police.

It was revealed that she slipped and fell from the stairs in her residence.
