Sounds blasting doesn't it? Contemporary actors of powerful substance will soon seen sharing frames with one another. Renuka Shahane Rana who was recently heard to be planning her directorial debut will be seen essaying a powerful second lead in Saurabh Sengupta's film Marham.

All we know of her role is that it is well etched and stands out in the film alongside its strong storyline. The film is about nameless relationships. The film revolves around the Bhuj Earthquake in 2001. The film also stars Manisha Koirala as a socialite.

The set up may not be like the page 3 kinds but she plays a hard-core socialite. Kay Kay Menon plays an earthquake victim. All the characters have been written in a way that they look well etched and stand out alongside the story. It is a very emotional story line and has a 70's feel to it. The director Sengupta gives this film as a tribute to Gulzar's Khamoshi and Aandhi.
