This is what a delayed release does to a movie!

Pooja Bhatt's 'Holiday' is one movie that is ready for more than 3-4 months now. Earlier slated to come around Diwali, it got pushed further due to avalanche of releases post 'shraddh' period. From Diwali weekend onwards, there were practically 2 biggies releasing every week hence making it virtually impossible for this small movie starring Dino Morea and debutant Onjolee Nair to secure multiplex screens.

Later the movie's release was aimed at January beginning and there was a push in publicity too with number of public/small screen appearances made by the cast and crew of the movie. Unfortunately the release was withheld even then and now the movie gears up for a February release.

Unsurprisingly, there is an absolute lull at the moment around the movie's promotion with absolutely no hype at all. Need of the hour is some absolute measure to be taken by the producers so that there is enough awareness about this 'Holiday' lest it goes bust!
