This is arguably not Kushboo’s season. Something keeps going wrong for her. And alas, mostly due to others fault.

This time, she finds herself in a problem after an English magazine published an ‘immodest’ picture of hers in their latest edition. The problem here is that even the publication has said that the photo was fake.

But why publish the photo if it was a fake? Will they do it with their mother or daughter, asks an indignant Kushboo.

The buzz is that the magazine has sought an apology to the actress, but she has declined to accept and would persist with suing them in the court.

'It's a morphed picture and Iam going to file a defamation suit against the publisher,' said Kushboo. Her lawyer R Karthikeyan says his client, Kushboo, will seek as compensation Rs 10 lakh.

Meanwhile, South India Artistes Association, which stayed away from the actress during the controversy over her remarks on pre-marital has chosen to back her.

Actor and general secretary of the association Sarath Kumar said it is an issue-based support to the actress.
