Director Harikumar's forthcoming release Paranju Theeratha Visheshangal dwells on about divorce.
The film deals about the small talk that the husband and wife were unable to say or forgot to say to each other, Harikumar says.
Paranju Theeratha Visheshangal tells the story of a couple who are divorced but are still not able to forget each other.
Suresh Gopi and Lakshmi Gopalaswamy enact the lead roles. When family and friends try to persuade each of them to find new partners and begin a new life they shy away from taking a decision. The film realistically depicts the agony that separation brings into their lives.
Harikumar won the national award for the best director in 1995 for the film Sukrutham that had Mammootty in the lead.
'I wanted to cast Suresh in a different role, something that was far removed from his image,' he says.
The cast includes Sukumari, Manya, Jagathy Sreekumar and Janardanan
