Climbing slow but steadily in the ladder of success is Prasanna. After a decent performance in Kasthoorimaan directed by Lohitha Dass, Prasanna has his next Kanda Naal Mudhal opposite Laila ready for release.

A visibly thrilled Prasanna says, ' I have done five movies so far, all different from each other. Next would be Anbendra Mazhailae to be produced by Mohan Radha, brother of Radhika Sarath Kumar'.

Speaking about his films, Prasanna says, 'I tried comedy in Azhagiya Theeyae, while in Kasthoorimaan I played a responsible youth. In Kanda Naal Mudhal, I have donned a naughty and an angry young man's role. I want to do variety of roles'.

Will he take up action-oriented roles in future, he says, 'I think I am not yet prepared for such roles. It needs more time and more maturity to do such roles.'

On acting opposite the likes of Meera Jasmine and Laila, 'I was a great fan to them when I studied in college. Today to act alongside them is a dream come true for me'.
