Vivek and director Shankar seem to share a good rapport. Vivek played a brilliant cameo in his Boys and so also in his Anniyan. He played the role of a funny cop along with Prakash Raj in Anniyan who investigates a series of murders.

Vivek, who has completed his 150th film (Anbae Vaa) this year, is all thrilled now for he would be acting along with Rajinikanth in Sivaji to be directed by Shankar.

The comedian has reportedly given bulk dates for the movie, which would be shot in a huge set erected at Hyderabad.

Asked about acting in a movie starring Rajinikanth, Vivek says, ' it is a great honor to be working with Rajinikanth. I had worked with him in Veera and Uzhaipali. As I was busy with Shankar's Boys, I could not act with him in Baba. Now Shankar has realized my dream to be part of a Rajinikanth's movie. I am eagerly waiting for the shooting to commence, says Vivek.

So too are the fans.
