The London-based producer Subha Sandeep, who made Prashanth starrer London, has completed her next movie Madarasi starring Arjun and Gajala.

Now she is exploring on her long time ambition - to take Tamil cinema to global audience.

In order to achieve her mission, she has chosen to produce six short films simultaneously in Tamil, which she plans to take to International Film festivals.

Tamil films have a huge market globally. But the quality films are a bit iffy. Hence I have decided to produce six off beat short films and create a new market for Tamil films globally, she said.

Her first venture titled Santhi would star Sukanya in the lead role and would be directed by Nithyanandham. Cast and crew for the remaining five would be finalized soon.

The movies would be different from commercial masala stuffs and would help in promoting Tamil culture across the globe, she adds.

A nice effort, Subha.
