Kollywood goes by herd mentality. If something clicks or a trend catches up, many others quickly follow suit.
Take the case of Nayantra. The young actress agreed to shake her considerable hips for a song in Vijay's Sivakasi.
But it seems to have opened up a sluice gate as producers and directors are making beeline to her house and asking her to dance in their films too.
However the actress has declined all the offers and clarified that she appeared for just a song in Sivakasi only on the request from Vijay.
She features in a racy number in the movie which was crooned by Shobha Chandrasekhar (Vijay's mother).
Meanwhile Nayantra is busy acting as heroine in movies including Ghajini, Vallavan besides a couple of Malayalam movies.
