Madhavan, who is caught in a controversy with Tamil Film Producer Council issuing a red card to him following his recent interview to a leading weekly.

Urging industry men not to make a big issue out of this, he expressed hope that the problem would be sorted out soon.

Though he has stated that he has been misquoted by the weekly, Madhavan had reportedly sent an detailed explanation to the Nadigar Sangam and it is expected that its president Captain Vijayakanth would forward the same to Producers Council.
