Priyasakhi, the Madhavan-Sada starrer, is creating the right kind of expectations.

The film, which is supposed to be a romantic entertainer with Adhiyaman remaking his Hindi hit with Salman in the lead, also has some commercial highlights.

Sources say that the film feature a host of product placements, a new marketing technique to push popular brands.

Producer P L Thenappan of Sri Rajalakshmi Films has done his homework and has brought in big brands like Sangini diamonds, Chlor Mint, Kun Hyundai and Western Union Money Transfer.

Product placements are proving to be a big thing in Tamil (recently we had Tata Indicom associating with Chandramukhi in a huge way).

It is a good idea as it is a win-win situation for both the film's producer and the advertiser.
