Cinematographer turned director K V Anand has wowed all with his debut directorial venture Kanaa Kanden.

The movie which starred Srikanth,Gopika and Malluwood actor Prithviraj had a decent run and Anand has been drawing appreciation for his good work

When everyone expected Anand to begin his next directorial venture, he seems to have other plans. He is back to his original way ---cinematography.

Anand has decided to crank the camera again. He will be working for a Hindi movie to be directed by Rajkumar Santhoshi.

Anand says "I had a couple of production houses urging me to direct a movie. However since I had accepted to work as cinematographer in Rajkumar Ssanthoshi's film a long time ago, I will be taking up the assignment now.

However if I get the right combination and good team, I would certainly get back to direction".

A true professional, indeed.
