Nayantra is the second highest paid actress in Tamil. Jyothika charges Rs 50 lakhs while Nayantra charges Rs 25 lakhs. She is starring in a film opposite Surya and S J suryah. She has received offers from many producers.
Recently Priyamani who got an offer quoted a big price and later she phoned the producer and said that she was willing to do the film for half the price. She was shocked when the producer told her that he had signed Nayantra instead. Asin the co heroine in Ghajini is upset that the director has increased the scenes of Nayantra.
