Director Shankar is a relieved man these days. For, all those who had been a part of his team in Anniyan now predict that the movie would become a blockbuster hit.

It has all ingredients in it to draw all sections of the audience to theatre, they say. After having hit a low in Boys, Shankar now seems to bounce back in style with Anniyan.

He is currently busy giving final touches to his movie, which is slated for release on 20 May. He hopes Anniyan will not be an outsider or stranger to success.

Meanwhile, sources close to the director say, once the movie is released, he would be off to Tirupathy to take rest for a couple of months after which he would return to Chennai to commence his dream project Robot.

Of course, the movie would feature a top actor whose name would be announced only at the appropriate time, they say.
