I have delivered my baby and it's all up to the people to admire and adore my kid now, says director P Vasu, who is eagerly awaiting the release of his Rajni starrer Chandramukhi on 14 April.

"I share a good rapport with Rajnikanth for I have worked with him in Panakkaran, Mannan and Uzhaipali before. When I began to shoot Chandramukhi, I got calls from Rajni's fans to render a perfect entertainer, which I believe I have done, he says with enthusiasm.

Vasu cannot but help talk about the enthusiasm and cooperation of Rajni during the shoots. And he has many anecdotes to share.

"We had been for shooting a song in Istanbul, where the entire crew including Rajni were travelling in a bus. Rajnikanth was at the foot-board and when we urged him to get inside, he quickly responded saying, 'this is where I began my life and I know to balance myself".

Rajni was obviously referring to his conductor days in Bangalore. "He has not forgotten his roots or his early days," Vasu, wide-eyed, says of Rajni."I am happy that Almighty has given me an opportunity to work with such a down-to-earth person".

Rajnikanth and Vadivelu will rib-tickle you to laughter in Chandramukhi, he says quite confidently.
