Shriya looks slim and curvy. But in that spindly, attractive firm lies lot of determination and devotion.
Admittedly, things have not gone as well as Shriya would have hoped for in the last six odd months or so in Tollywood.
Her much-expected films like Naa Alludu and Balu bit the dust. The latter named was particularly disappointing as Shriya had a very good role in it.Anyway, Shriya has put those failures behind here and is looking forward to a couple of important releases.
One of them is of course is Sada Mee Sevalo where she plays an intriguing character named Suryakantam.Says Shriya about her character in the film: "It is a pivotal role. The film itself is a light-hearted fun film with lot of emotions".
Director Neelakanta who won a National Award for Missamma feels that Shriya has given one off her best performances till date. The director points out that Sada Mee Sevalo has the potential to take the heroine back to the top slot.
Shriya is also cast in Venkatesh's Subhash Chandra Bose. This is also another important film for her.
And now that she is also busy in Tamil (she is doing Tamil Varsham), Shriya is as usual busy.
But she wants to get back to that winning habit.
