S.S.Rajamouli and Prabhas have confirmed that the audio launch event of 'Baahubali', which was initially planned on 31st, has been postponed. At a press meet held at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad, Rajamouli, Prabhas and producer Shobu Yarlagadda revealed the reasons behind the sudden postponement.
S.S.Rajamouli said, "We had planned a grand audio launch on 31st of this month and everything was going well. We even got permission from the police. But as the number of fans attending the event has increased than what we expected, police had some reservations. They don't want the unfortunate incidents that happened at 'Baadshah', 'Mirchi' and 'Gopala Gopala' audio launch venues to be repeated. We presented our plans on how we will accommodate the fans even if they attend in huge numbers. Police were impressed. But they agreed to allow only a certain number of fans to the venue. Prabhas fans have been waiting to see him for two long years and we don't some of them to be outside the gates. So we decided to postpone the event. We haven't planned when to launch the audio yet. We will reveal the details soon. We apologize to the fans for the sudden postponement".
Prabhas said, "We don't want any of the fans, who come to the audio launch, to be disappointed. So we postponed the event. We sincerely apologize to all the fans for this sudden decision. We will hold the event soon"
