In filmdom people like to keep things in their family itself.

We have any number of star sons, daughters, nephews, sisters and what not.

In fact Kollywood, it would seem, is one big family factory.

The latest to join this is Sivakumar's second son.

Sivakumar's elder son Surya is already a top actor in Tamil. Now his younger son Karthick is taking to direction.

The shy lad will be put as an apprentice as associate director to some leading names in the industry. Once he is through with that, Surya himself wants to do a film for his younger sibling.

Elsewhere, too it is a repeat story. Recently we had comedian Senthil's elder son Naveen taking to acting. He is making his debut as hero through Unnai Enakku Pidichirukku.

Meanwhile Senthil's younger son Karthik is making his debut as assistant cinematographer. He is working as assistant cinematographer in Unai Enakku Pidichirukku.

Senthil says: "I never expected my sons to make a career out of cinema. If they are honest and dedicated in their profession, no doubt success would follow them".

Quite a serious advice from a comedian.
