Irandam Ulagam` pair Arya and Anushka have begun their Inji Idupazhagi` today with a Pooja which was attended by the who is who of the Tamil industry. Arya plays a foreign returned documentary film maker while Anushka obviously plays the Inji Idupazhagi`. The title of the film plays an important role in the movie, which is a Romantic Comedy that explores the fact that there is no relationship between obesity and Love. Anushka is gaining 20 kgs to fit this never before attempted title role.
Produced by PVP pictures the Dialogues are written by R. S. Prasana of Kalyana Samayal Sadham` fame while M.M. Keeravani scores the music to Madan Karky`s lyrics. The bilingual will have the cultural differences between tamil and telugu versions. The director Prakash is the son of veteran director K. Ragavendra Rao and this will be his first tamil movie.
