At a time when the film cleared the Censor formalities and was getting ready to hit the screens, it has emerged that the release of STR's 'Vaalu' has once again been postponed.

Sources have it that plans are now on to release the movie on May 1. It is to be noted that May 1 is the birthday of Ajith and Simbu is a huge fan of him.

Hansika plays the love interest of STR in 'Vaalu', while Santhanam has done a crucial role. The story is said to be about a carefree youngster who lives in a railway quarters in north Chennai.
