RGV has done it again. After his tweets on Lord Ganesha on Ganesh Chaturthi which resulted in a complaint lodged against him for his tweet about once again managed to hurt the religious sentiments with his insensitive tweets about the Dera Sacha Sauda head.

This offended the followers and instigated one particular devotee, Jasbir Singh of Ludhiana`s Lohara village, to file a first information report (FIR) against the director at Daba village under Section 298 (uttering words to hurt religious sentiments) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 66 (sending offensive messages through communication services and devices) of the Information Technology Act.
