Badri, the director of Thillu Mullu with Mirchi Siva is ready with yet another comedy film by the name of Aadama Jeichomada. This is a film about the betting that happens in cricket and it is shown in a very funny way too. Karunakaran, Bobby Sinha and Balaji are the leading stars in this comedy entertainer.

The highlight of the film is that Mirchi Siva has written the dialogues for this film, as requested by Badri. “During TM, the Sreesanth betting incident was in the news. In TM, Prakash Raj goes to a match, in which he sees Shiva playing cricket. So, I made a promotional ad for TM juxtaposing Sreesanth and Shiva`s photos. That ad got me a flood of appreciative calls from the industry. That set me thinking about making a comedy on betting," explained Badri. , “We wanted an innocent face and Shiva and I thought Karuna would be perfect. I had worked with him during Kalakalappu. He plays a call taxi driver who has never even picked up a bat, but gets entangled in betting.” Karuna could hardly believe his luck when he was offered the hero`s part. “He was really happy and accepted the advance immediately since it was an auspicious day. A few days later, I sent him a driver costume for a trial. It was then that he revealed that he was busy taking driving lessons for the role, since he didn`t know to drive. He didn`t want to leave the lifetime opportunity of playing the hero, so he never told me he couldn`t drive,” added the director, with a smile.

Badri also said, “He can`t drive even when the hood is down. But for the shoot, he had to manage driving with a camera rig perched on the car hood, blocking his view completely. That too with Radha Ravi beside him, who thought he was driving slowly because he was cautious,” adds Badri. “The movie is over, but Karuna still can`t drive. He would confuse the clutch, brake and accelerator constantly. More than the risk of casting him as hero was the risk of casting him as a driver,” and added that the film will be released on the 19th of September.
