Finally, just about recently, Kunal Khemu proposed to Soha Ali Khan in front of the Eiffel Tower in true filmy style. It was a surprise which Soha hadn`t expected. In fact she was expecting a proposal from Kunal on her birthday last year which didn`t happen. Soha had even tweeted about their engagement, "It gives me great happiness to share with you all that Kunal proposed to me in Paris with the most perfect ring in the world and I said 'yes'."

Both the lovebirds maintained that their decision to take their relation to the next level was purely theirs - without being pressurized by anyone... According to sources, after the two exchanged rings, Soha called her mother Sharmila Tagore (who was in Delhi then) and brother Saif Ali Khan (who is shooting in London for 'Phantom') and got their blessings. When sources asked Saif on this good news, he said he is very happy for them. On asking further about their wedding he said probably it will be held in their ancestral Pataudi palace.

A brush up about their urban fairytale romance, Kunal and Soha have been together for five years. And they have always been vocal about their relationship...The two have worked together in movies like Dhoondte Reh Jaaoge and 99 (both had released in 2007) and this was the time when both of them had started dating...
