Veterarn Drummer and percussionist Sivamani who has got 35 years experience in music industry debuts as a film music composer with the Vikram Prabhu-Priya Anand starrer Arima Nambi`.

Sivamani says he composed and recorded the songs in various location like Mumbai, Singapore and Los Angeles and thanked the producer Kalaipuli.S.Thanu who never worries about the expenses and minds only about the quality. Sivamani reveals that he even composed some tunes using his tablet, while he was in a flight to US and recorded some background score when he had gone to LA with Rahman to attend the Grammy awards ceremony. He credits A.R.Rahman with who he shares a long association and deep bonding for inspiring him to record anywhere. The ace drummer also reveals that Rahman would suddenly ask him that to book a studio during their trips.

The music album of Arima Nambi` has released in April. The film directed by Anand Shankar, a former associate of A.R.Murugadoss is expected to release early in July
