Many prominent actors, directors and music directors have titles added to their name. Vijay Antony who has been delivering hit albums for more than ten years now, got one in the audio launch of his upcoming film ‘Salim’ in which he plays the lead hero apart from scoring music.

Speaking at the audio launch event as one of the chief guests, Actor-Director R. Parthiepan well known for his eloquence gave a suitable title to the vibrant music director. He said hence forth Vijay Antony can be addressed as ‘Isai Thalabathi’ like actor Vijay is being addressed as ‘Ilaya Thalabathi’. Vijay Antony was visibly moved by the veteran director’s words of praise acknowledged them with a smile.

‘Salim’ is the second film of music composer Vijay Antony as the lead hero after the successful debut in ‘Naan. The film has been produced by Studio 9 Production, Sri Green Productions and Vijay Antony Film Corporation. Debutante Nirmal Kumar has directed the flick.
