Sivakarthikeyan’s 'Maan Karate' is in fast progression and the cast and crew have fixed dates for the much awaited release schedules. The first look of the film will be out on January 1 2014 followed by the audio launch on February 14 and finally the film shine the silver screens on April 11.

The crew is currently busy shooting the climax of the film which will take ten days approximately. We hear art director Raja has created an extraordinary set especially for this sequence. A source close to the unit tells us "The climax will be shot in a set erected near Guindy. Around 2,000 junior artists will be part of this shoot, and cinematographer Sukumar (of Kumki fame) is using a flycam to shoot it. The entire expense for this particular shoot is over ` 3 crore."

All of us have heard by now that AR Murugadoss has written the story and screenplay for the film. It seems Murugadoss is extremely impressed with the way the film progressing. The source adds “He (Murugadoss) saw the visuals of a song which we recently shot in Pondicherry and remarked that it is the best song to be shot with Pondy as the backdrop till date"
