Superstar Rajinikanth's political announcement entry on the last day of 2017 has cheered up his fans and there is great curiosity as to when he would start his new party and its name as well.  Rajini's elder brother Sathyanarayana in a press meet at Bangalore has hinted that the name of the party and the symbol may be announced on Pongal.

Sathyanarayana has stated that Rajini is a man who has grown from rags to riches and hence he knows the problems of the people and do everything to solve them.  He said that his brother will not only do good for Tamil Nadu but Karnataka as well where he was born  and brought up.  He said that the Superstar is well aware of all the tensions between the two states including the Kaveri issue and has plans to solve them.
