One of the most eagerly awaited movies of the year, ‘Oru Naal Varum’ has been postponed to a further date. According to the producer Manianpillai Raju, the stand off between the producers and exhibitors is causing much pain to the producers of the new films as they are repeatedly forced to change the release dates of the new films.

The movie which is ready with prints will now grace the theatres not earlier than the 9th of July. This also means that a dozen films that were planed for last week and this week, including Jaysuriya's ‘Nallavan’ will have to change their release dates at least for another week.

‘Oru Naal Varum’ has a more interesting story to tell as the movie was originally scheduled for a release on the 21st of May. But with the allegation of story lifting and the courts intervening, the producer had no other options, but to defer the release for a couple of weeks. Then the fights between the various associations have made the movie to shift its release for few more weeks. Now the fans of the stars who are eagerly looking for that Mohanlal -Sreenivasan reunion are waiting with the question 'when will that day arrive?'
