Mammootty's 'Chattambinaadu' has become the final hit of the year, to sign of 2009 in flair. The movie which opened in 82 centres last week, was seeded best by the audience than the movies that were on fight with it. Already grabbing two crores in four days, the movie is sure to rake in profits in three weeks run. The success point of the movie seems to be its fast narratives and the difference of the character that the megastar portrayed.
Meanwhile, Mohanlal's 'Ivide Swargumaanu' has managed to increase its viewer support with the good mouth publicity, the movie is fetching. Opening in 75 centres, the movie makers are now trying to increase the publicity to gain more viewer support. The other movies which are presently in theatres for Christmas-New year season includes Gulumaal-The Escape, My Big Father, Pazhassi Raja and Palery Manickyam apart from the Hollywood biggies like 'Avathaar' and '2012'.
