Even with a super hit like 'Katha Parayumpol' under his belt, its director M Mohanan may not be a very popular name among the family circles.

Sreenivasan's script dominated the film so much that very few did admit the brilliance of the director that went on to make such nice movie. M Mohanan who happens to be Sreenivasan's brother in law, is now ready scripting for his second movie. This time the director himself is scripting the movie, like his guru Sathyan Anthikkad has been recently into.

M Mohanan who had been with Sathyan Anthikkad from ‘Ennum Nanmakal' to ‘Thooval Kottaram', says he is all interested in making family based movies. His new movie will be produced by the big banner Varnachithra, who has been the producer of the recent movie 'Thirakkatha'.
