Young director M Padmakumar and scenarist T A Razaaq were busy rewriting the scripts of their earlier project 'Rikshakaran' which according to original schedules was planned to start by now.

As this film got shifted to another dates, the duo has come up with another character for which Mammootty has shown the green signal.

This new project which is not yet titled will feature Mammootty as Gillette Purushothaman, who is a private financier known to make money multiply at any costs.

Sneha will appear in the female lead in this film poised to start its shoot, after the works of ‘Annan Thampi' directed by Anwar Rasheed. This new film will be produced by Howly Pottur in the banner of Dream Team Productions.

As far as now, ‘Rikshaakaran' in which Mammootty appear as an auto driver, will be put aside to start only by the final months of 2008.
