Among the new breed of young actors of Malluwood, Jayasurya seems to be the busiest with plenty of offer under his sleeve. He has just completed Arabikatha, with Sreenivasan and is now on the sets of Chocolate with Prithviraj. The actor who wants to be known even in smaller roles is also appearing with Suresh Gopi in his onam release Kichamani M B A.

Jayasurya was able to survive in the industry through his strategic positioning as a supporting star which helped him to be with superstars in their films and get noticed. And through this act, he was able to be in films like Bus conductor, Vasool Raja M B BS, Smart City, Athisayan-all with big stars.

The important films that Jaysuriya will be seen in recent future include Kangaroo by Raj Babu, Koodaram by Sundardas and Currency by Swathy Bhaskar.

Apart from these Jayasurya will be also doing an art movie by Pradeep Nair and a Tamil film in 2007. The Tollywood re-entry of the actor will be in the film directed by Udhayabhanu which has him in the role of a police officer.
