Mammootty will appear as actor Ashokraj in the new film scripted by Sreenivasan in Kathaparayumpol.
The film tells the story of the relationship of two youth in a village with a superstar actor who comes to their village to take part in a shooting. Mukesh appear as a parallel college teacher while Sreenivasan will be in the role of a barber in the flick.
The film produced by Mukesh and Sreenivasan will be directed by debutant director Mohan who is the associate to Sathyan Anthikkad.
The film which will also feature Jagadheesh, Innocent, Jagathy and Shobhana in other major roles will start its shooting by the 15th of April.
