The location of Shyama Prasad's Ore Kadal with Mammootty in the lead role has been shifted to Chennai.

It has been reported that the location was shifted due to Meera Jasmine's busy schedule in Tamil and Telugu.

Ore Kadal is director Shyama Prasad's first film with Mammootty who plays a noted economist in the film.

Narain and Meera Jasmine play husband and wife, who get entangled with the economist. Shobana is also in the cast. This movie explores the complex web of human relationships.
