Asin made her beginning in Malayalam. But soon after she set her foot in Tamil and Telugu movies she quickly managed to get enough offers in both the South Indian languages.

Asin managed to act opposite big stars including Balakrishna, Venkatesh, Nagarjuna in Telugu while in Tamil, she teamed up with the likes of Ajith, Vijay and Vikram.

After staying away from Malluwood for a while, now the actress is making a comeback. Asin, made her beginning with Sathiyan Anthikad’s Narendran Magan Jayakanthan Vaga, is now cast opposite Mohanlal for a Malayalam movie.

The movie has been titled Karthika Thirunal Karthikeyan and it also features glamour doll of Kollywood Namitha.

Debutant D Suresh will direct the movie.
