Adoor Gopalakrishnan and Mohanlal - Creating expectations

The recent meeting between Adoor Gopalakrishnan and Mohanlal created a lot of expectations. A section of press had carried reports that the two would come together for a movie.

Mohanlal, who has successfully completed 26 years in filmdom is yet to act in Adoor's films. However sources close to Mohanlal, says, 'The meeting between the two had nothing to do about their future project. They discussed about literature and films'.

However during the meeting Mohanlal had expressed his desire to act in Adoor's direction.

If things go well, Adoor might direct Lal in 2007.
