The Malayalam superstar Mohanlal is planning to redefine the food habits of Malayalees in every way. After the successful introduction of instant curry powders and pickle packages in the title Mohanlal's taste buds, he had also started a chain of restaurants in many places including Dubai and Banglore.

Now he is giving serious thoughts about starting a posh hotel near Ernakulam South Junction. He has a name ready for the endeavor Travancore Court.

This will be a heritage hotel which will give a feel of the original Thiruvithamkoor royal hospitality. The dishes are to be made with authentic royal recipes which will be giving a novel taste to the whole proceedings.

That is not the end of it as his plans to compile and publish all the recipes that he had gathered, is in its last phase. These recipes were made and gathered during his travels all over the world. The book is named 'Cooking Jenni'. A Kochi-based publisher is going to release the book in short time.

Mohanlal is at present busy with the shooting of Baba Kalyani directed by Shaji Kailas. His latest flick Photographer is also all set to reach the release centres by October 21.
