'Pothen Vava' mom is the word

Mammootty's forthcoming venture Pothen Vava being directed by Joshi is all about the emotional bondage between a woman and her son.

Says Joshi, 'The movie is about a woman who is respected a lot in the society and his son who is disliked by one and all.’

The movie went to floors. Popular pop singer Usha Uthup enacts the role of mother and Mammootty as her son Pothen, disliked by all. Gopika plays heroine to Mammootty.

The film also has Nedumudi Venu, Bhavana, Kalasala Babu, Shammi Thilakan, Rajan P Dev, Salim Kumar among others. The film has script by Benny P Nayarambalam.
