After completing Pathaaka, Suresh Gopi, the most talked about actor of the year, will join a Jayaraj film. This film titled 'Aswaroodan' will start its shooting phase at Nilamboor, by the 20th of this month. The film will be produced by D. Ramanaidu under the banner of Suresh Productions.

Padmapriya will be the heroine of this film, scripted by Sajith and Mahesh.

The cast of the film includes Saikumar, Captain Raju, T.G. Ravi and Nanditha Bose. Suresh Gopi has acted in many Jayaraj films in the past, which won awards in various circuits.

He also won the national award for best actor for his sensitive portrayal of the lead in Kaliyattom, which was also a film by the same director.
