The next project of Mohanlal after Keerthichakra, will be with Viji Thampy-one of the best technicians in Malayalam cinema. Teaming up for the first time, this film is scheduled to start by the mid of May.

This film produced by Seven Arts Vijayakumar, after a long time, will be scripted by Suresh Babu. Vayalar Sarathchandra Varma and M. Jayachandran will handle the music department. The film planned to be shot in and around Palghat, will have Padmapriya, Innocent, Jagathy, Jagadish and Siddhique among other casts.

Viji Thampy who had directed more than 30 films in a span of 20 years, had made many attempts in the past to team up with the star. But Mohanlal in the past has always been interested to act in films within his regular circuits. Now, as they have teamed up, the fans are in full spirits to receive something different from the super technician.
