Sai Pallavi, who became very beloved to Malayalees overnight, post the success of 'Premam' may take the decision to quit acting. Though she is passionate about acting and dancing, her medical profession is her forte. In a recent interview, Sai revealed that she is undecided if she wants to pursue acting.

Sai says that her medical profession takes up a lot of her time and that her medical studies is on her priority list. Her role as Malar in 'Premam' had fetched her rave reviews and Sai Pallavi credits her performance in 'Premam' solely to Alphonse Puthran's direction. She also revealed that she was under-confident about her looks, acting and voice. Interestingly, Sai says she had no idea that Nivn was such an established actor. She had thought that he was just a budding actor.
