The new movie from Mohanlal-Major Ravi-'KarmaYodha' is facing a trouble from an unexpected quarters as one scriptwriter Reji Mathew has come up with an allegation that the director has used his story for the movie without giving due credits. Raji Mathew , the writer of films like 'Aayiram Meni' and 'Vamsam' has already filed a case in the courts. Interestingly, denying the entire episode, Major Ravi clarifies that the claims of Reji are false. Reji who was assisting him then has stolen the papers on which Major has made the corrections and presented it as his own-says the Major known for his patriotic war films like 'KeethiChakra',and 'Kurukshethra. The director also alleges that Reji has been blackmailing the producer of Karmayodha for compensation for some time.

Meanwhile rumours doing the rounds also suggests the movie as a version of a Hollywood flick.
