As his last seven films has failed to keep the Box Office happy, Megastar Mammootty is on the plans to set things right. As a right initiative, he has decided not to compromise on scripts and has asked the directors of his new projects to make the necessary changes. While some of his already announced projects like Vinod Vijayan's 'Pickpocket' and V M Vinu's 'Ganapathy' stands cancelled, Mammootty also has advised Deepan and Amal Neerad to strengthen the scripts of their new projects 'News maker' and Hammer, Sickle and Star'. The Megastar has also made his route relatively safe by preopening his next two projects with proven directors-Laljose and Ranjith, which will be on sets a few months earlier than scheduled.

The actor is currently completing the two projects 'Thappna' with Johny Antony and Jawan of Vellimala, which has been on the shooting spree for quite some months.
