Shakthi has returned to work after a small break post his marriage. The 'Thottal Poo Malarum' and 'Ninaithaley Inikkum' actor, who is on the verge of completing 'Kalla Siripazhaga', will soon stand in front of the camera for a new project, titled 'Edho Seidhai Ennai'.

To be directed by Elvin, the movie will be produced by cinematographer Ezhilarasan under a banner called 1017 AD. Three yesteryear heroes- Anandbabu, Ilavarasan and Anand- will play negative roles in this movie. In addition, John Vijay will also do a baddie.

Liya will be the leading lady of this action adventure, which also has romance and comedy. Says the director, "There will be two different stories in this film. One on the lead pair and the other on the villains. Both tracks will meet with each other towards the climax."

He adds: "Edho Seidhai Ennai will be an interesting mix of action and romance. Shakthi has good looks and talent and he is a correct fit to the role." The film will have music by Ganesh Kumar (of 'Thulli Thirindha Kaalam' fame). A popular comedian will also be seen in the film.
