Accepting that most of his films were based on a 'one-line' knot, director Lingusamy says his forthcoming venture 'Vettai' will be a contrast. "The movie has a strong story and it will put an end to the famous allegation against me that I dont give importance to stories," he says.
Happy about bringing together Madhavan and Arya, the director says, "Both had high regards for each other and they shared a great chemistry on the sets of Vettai. Madhavan as elder brother and Arya as the younger have given life to their respective characters."
On the leading ladies, Sameera Reddy and Amala Paul, Lingusamy says, "The presence of these two beautiful women are one of the biggest highlights of Vettai. They are not just glam dolls. The actresses have proved that they could perform well."
Now that the shooting is over, Lingusamy is gearing up to release the movie next month. Produced under his banner Tirupathi Brothers, 'Vettai' will be released by UTV Motion Pictures, as part of a three film deal between both the companies.
