With his charming, dimpled smile and pleasing style he won our hearts. His last entertainer Tanu Weds Manu left the audience asking for more R. Madhavan became a household name both in South and North industry.
The talented actor first grabbed attention with his peppy role in Hindi tele serial Sea Hawks, although he had worked in other shows before this one. Gradually he moved to Tamil and went on to become a mass hero; thus earning his adorable nickname Maddy.
Coming back to Bollywood, Madhavan garnered immense acclaims for his roles in Rang De Basanti, Guru and specially in top grosser movie 3 Idiots. With Tanu Weds Manu the actor just made people to fall in love with him all over again
Madhavan has also been a successful brand ambassador for top-notch brands in the country and a popular television host as well. He is known for the pet lover in him and is associated with many social causes and few city NGOs as well.
