Though the initial collections of the movie is really pathetic, according to the Box Office reports, director Vinayan is already claiming that his new movie 'Raghuvinte Swantham Raziya' is a hit. He is in the opinion that as the movie has already fetched big money as Satellite rights, this 1.5 crore venture will turn a profit just with the initial collections from the theatres.

Few will also remember that the same was the case when Vinayan's last movie 'Yakshiyum Njanum' came to theatres. Vinayan declared the movie to be a big hit in its second week itself. But later the producer of the movie Rueben Gomez, lashed out against the director saying that the director was the major reason for his severe losses, because the film was never finished on the proposed initial budget. For now, we will have to wait for some more weeks to see what the producer of this new movie has to say.

Vinayan has already started his pre-production works of his next movie 'Dracula' which will be on the sets in a couple of months.
