The producer -distributor Antony Perumbavoor of Aashirwad films will now push the release of his new film, 'China Town' for the Vishu day. This new humorous tale by Rafi-Mecartin will now make a wide release on hundred plus theatres on April 15, against their early schedules on April 7.

The decision of the makers is widely thought of to be a wise one, as the movie release will not coincide with the election fever that the state will witness in its first two weeks of April. Since the election is announced for April 13, the film lovers can now go for a tension- free watch of the multistarrer, after campaigning and casting their votes. Moreover, it will also give the other Mohanlal multi starrer 'Christian Brothers', planned for this 18 to have adequate time to make enough money.

'China Town' featuring Mohanlal, Jayaram and Dileep is said to be a sure shot hit, according to its pre-release reports.
