The rebel director Vinayan who had been in continuous fights with the various associations of cinema has finally emerged victorious, with the High courts deciding in his favour.

Vinayan had been to court to avoid the title and publicity clearance certificates from Film Chamber and Kerala film producers Associations, that had been enforced as a necessary to release films in Kerala. The high Court has now ordered to consider applications of films without any supporting certificates on title and publicity clearance from any associations of cinema.

Earlier Vinayan's last film ‘Yakshiyum Njanum’ was into release delays due to problems because of the need of these certificates.

Meanwhile, Vinayan is already into the canning of his new movie 'Reghuvinte Swantham Rasiya' featuring a bunch of new comers.
