As his latest movie ‘Four Friends’ is not creating the opinion that was expected, young director Saji Surendran now likes to persist in his track of creating hit comedies.

The director who has started his preproduction for the new Mammootty starrer, which is his next project, says that he will now take a break from serious films.

“The viewers who came to see ‘Four Friends’ were expecting something like my previous hit ‘Happy Husbands’. I think that was the reason why the movie met with a low rating. Anyhow, families are now joining the screening in good numbers and the movie is emerging as a hit’’ says Saji.
